We may automatically collect device identifiers, device type and operating system, app version, IP address, language and regional settings, network information, crash reports, diagnostics, technical logs, features used, screens viewed, interaction events, session information, and analytics information. We use this information to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve AIDF.

We may collect information you voluntarily submit through forms, customer support requests, feedback, communications, or other interactive features.
1.4 Wallet and Blockchain Information
If AIDF provides wallet, blockchain, Web3, or digital-asset functionality, public wallet addresses, transaction hashes, token transfers, smart-contract interactions, and other transaction information may be recorded on public blockchain networks. Because public blockchains are generally decentralized and immutable, AIDF may not be able to modify or delete that information.
You are responsible for safeguarding private keys, seed phrases, passwords, and other wallet credentials. Never disclose a private key or recovery phrase to anyone.
2. How We Use Information
We may use collected information to provide and maintain the Services; create and manage accounts; authenticate users; deliver requested functionality; respond to requests; protect AIDF and its users; prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, and security incidents; diagnose technical problems; analyze usage; improve our products; provide support; send service communications; comply with law; and enforce our agreements and policies.
We will not use personal information for materially different purposes without appropriate notice or consent where required by law.
3. Permissions and Device Access
Certain features may request access to device capabilities or information through the permission mechanisms provided by iOS, Android, or other operating systems. You can manage many permissions in your device settings. Disabling a required permission may prevent the related feature from working properly.
4. Third-Party Services
We may use service providers for cloud infrastructure, hosting, authentication, security, fraud prevention, analytics, crash reporting, customer support, communications, blockchain infrastructure, and other technical services. They may process information on our behalf only as necessary to provide their services, subject to appropriate safeguards.
AIDF may link to or interact with third-party websites, blockchain networks, decentralized applications, protocols, or services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
5. Disclosure of Information
We do not sell personal information in the ordinary meaning of the term. We may disclose information to service providers; to provide a feature you request; with your consent or at your direction; to protect rights, property, security, or safety; to investigate fraud, abuse, security incidents, or policy violations; when required by valid legal process; or in connection with a corporate transaction, subject to appropriate safeguards.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain security, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal, regulatory, accounting, or compliance requirements. When information is no longer required, we take reasonable steps to delete, anonymize, or securely dispose of it, subject to legal and technical limitations.
Information permanently recorded on a public blockchain generally cannot be altered or deleted by AIDF.
7. Account and Data Deletion
You may request deletion of your AIDF account and associated personal information. Where available, initiate deletion through the account or settings section of the AIDF application. You may also email support@aidf.online.
After a valid request, we will delete or anonymize associated personal information within a reasonable period, except where retention is required or permitted for legal compliance, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, or enforcement of agreements. Account deletion cannot remove information permanently recorded on a public blockchain and outside AIDF's control.
8. Your Privacy Rights and Choices
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to request access, correction, or deletion; withdraw consent; object to or restrict certain processing; request information about processing or disclosure; and exercise other applicable data protection rights. We may need to verify your identity before processing certain requests.
9. Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, misuse, or destruction. No electronic transmission, storage system, blockchain network, or internet service can be guaranteed completely secure. You are responsible for protecting your account and wallet credentials.
10. International Data Transfers
AIDF and its service providers may process information outside your country or region. Where required by applicable law, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers of personal information.
11. Children’s Privacy
AIDF is not intended for children below the minimum age required to consent to personal-information processing in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect children's personal information in violation of applicable law. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information without appropriate authorization.
12. Apple App Store and Google Play
AIDF may be distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play. Your use of those platforms is also subject to their policies and data-handling practices. AIDF's App Store privacy information and Google Play Data safety disclosures are intended to remain consistent with this Privacy Policy.
13. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to our Services, technology, legal requirements, or data practices. For material changes, we may provide notice through AIDF, our website, or another appropriate channel. The Last Updated date shows when this policy was most recently revised.
